We stand behind Luminux completely. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a full refund — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@trykbeautylabs.com with your order number and the word "refund"
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
- Ship the item back to us
- Your full refund will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the return
Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 60 days of delivery
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Free gifts (EMS Aloe Vera Conductive Gel) do not need to be returned
- We cover return shipping costs — the prepaid label is on us
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@trykbeautylabs.com with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement at no charge within 3-5 business days.
