Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST are eligible for same-day dispatch.

Shipping Times

  • United States: 5-9 business days

Please note: during high-volume periods (holidays, promotional sales, and flash sale events), delivery may take up to 6-12 business days. We appreciate your patience during these periods.

All orders include a tracking number sent to your email once your order has shipped.

  • Free shipping on all orders — no minimum required

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 14 business days of your order date, contact us at support@trykbeautylabs.com and we will investigate immediately. We will either reship your order or issue a full refund.
